STANCES – مواقف (formerly MAWAEF) is a multimedia & performance festival dedicated to contemporary artists from Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria who take daring and critical stances towards their ever-changing social and political landscape, either amongst their respective diasporas or across North Africa.
Marsm has produced two editions of this festival of photography, design, film, poetry, live music, workshops and masterclasses, showcasing the work of young and upcoming creatives exploring perception, identity, belonging and self-worth through art.
