Born on October 8, 1981 in Cairo, she began her career as a model and actress, but made her breakthrough as a singer in 2003 with the song “Enta Aref Leih” – a video clip that immediately attracted attention in the Arab world.

Ruby’s musical style is a mix of Arabic pop, danceable rhythms and sultry melodies, often accompanied by striking video clips in which she combines traditional and modern elements. In 2004, her debut album “Eba’a Abelni” was released, with hits such as “Leih Beydary Keda” and “Ghawy”. Several singles and albums followed, including “Meshit Wara Ehsasy” (2007) and “Hetta Tanya” (2021), in which she showed that she could also grow with the times musically.
