The Egyptian singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist returns to the Hall to debut his latest album, Qarar Shakhsy.
Following the mid-December release of Ekhy, Hamza Namira returns with Qarar Shakhsy (Personal Decision), an album that explores themes of choice, identity, and personal freedom. Through a rich blend of contemporary Arabic pop, folk and alternative indie music, Namira takes you on an intimate journey into the heart of the album, featuring live performances of its most powerful songs alongside fan-favourites from across the decades.
Namira’s career spans over two decades, marked by his unique ability to blend heartfelt lyricism with rich musical textures. He has become a luminous expression of his homeland’s resilience and ambition. Emerging as a major public figure, most notably since the Egyptian revolution of 2011, he uses his work to explore and engage with the prominent social issues of today.
